Great, super friendly and patient shuttle service staff!Were at the airport when arrived...walked right on shuttle and had me at my car in 10 mins!Couldn't be better.Very competitive rates so recommend this lot for long-term holiday parking... like six weeks for example!!Thank you kindly and see you again soon!

Parked over a two week period for holidays and when we returned, they had attempted to boost our truck and DID IT INCORRECTLY and fried the ECM. $5000 in damages, the report even stated that it was due to improper boosting. Took invoice to the location and was only able to speak to manager on the phone. He accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and refused to even discuss it. We are reasonable people and would have engaged in a mature discussion but management proved they were not interested. Will never use this service again and would encourage ANYONE AND EVERYONE to avoid at all costs.

The people in charge of this company are incompetent fools. We contracted them for valet services for our wedding in downtown Detroit more than a year and a half in advance of the event. 2 days prior to the big day they called to inform me that they are not licensed to perform such services in the city of Detroit, and haven't been for 10 years. We were left to scramble and find a replacement service the day before our wedding, which is the absolute last thing you want to be dealing with at that time. Even worse, the replacement service ended up costing nearly twice as much, and they did not provide any compensation other than a refund. Dysfunctional company with uninformed employees. Avoid at all costs.

5 star parking solutions? I'd for sure give them 5 stars for there service. I encountered someone named Alessio, he was very polite and accommodating! Perfect gentleman opened the door for me and everything! I'd hire them for events, and I'd refer this company to other companies as well! Thank you for parking my car mint!!

I had an incident with one of their employees at Empire in Detroit. I really felt like the guy took advantage of me by lying, so I was NOT happy with this company at all. I will say that after speaking with the right person who put me in contact with the Manager, the problem was rectified and a sincere apology given. I hate to feel like someone is taking from me and they made it right! Great company, customer service AND staff. I will not let one bad seed ruin their name! Thank you Metro Valet!

The company is simply collecting more money (transaction fee) from customers when their system went wrong, instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience they put on their customers. I will keep my car away from Precise Park signs from now on.In a 15mins cold call, Precise Park's phone lady declared that I missed the parking fee three weeks ago, which was caused by their malfunctioning machine (she acknowledged) and the neglecting on-site administrator who gave me no instructions at the gate, so I had to leave. Although I gave the on-site administrator all the parking information, he didn't bother to charge, and he never explained their late-charge solution; he just hung the phone, even after I asked how to pay and swiped my credit card (but no charge happened). Precise Park now asked me to pay the transaction fee on top of the parking fee which is unfair to me because I didn't cause the failure and I should not be over-charged by doing all things the administrator asked. On the other hand, that day, I was blocked at the site for over 10mins because of the trouble (luckily, no other cars were waiting after me). But the lady on the phone was not showing any sorry for my inconvenience. I am deeply disappointed.After hanging up, I did a quick check on google because I don't believe that any company can survive doing their business with such indifference to their customers. I actually thought the phone was a new fraud. Surprisingly, the company does exist, and they dare to over-charge 100 dollars. Glad/Sad to know I am not the only one. The F rate from BBB(better business bureau) is well deserved.BTW, the F rate has been there for many years.

Very negative experience. Female ticket booth attendant asked for the ticket and if I had any parking codes, not reservation codes. The ticket that you acquire upon access to the parking lot has a code but be aware it’s nothing to do with your reservation and discount. The female attendant did not ask if a pre-reservation was made or even mention the word reservation. They require you to keep this ticket for your entire trip. In the end the discount for pre reservation wasn’t applied and only noticed the discrepancy driving home. Female parking attendant thought she was a comedian but was rude when contacted asking why the discount wasn’t applied and hung up abruptly. Never using this option again!

It was a very pleasant surprise to see such proficient service right from receiving our vehicle to delivering it after our trip. Shuttle service to the airport & picking us up after our trip was excellent. We highly recommend their service. The fees were reasonable. Thank you.
